Land preparation and mechanisation to boost local agricultural production.
Industrial transformation of agricultural production, adding value and reducing imports.
Start of land preparation and mobilisation in the Moma District, Chalaua Administrative Post. Mechanisation and levelling of cultivation areas.
Planting of rice, maize and other cereals with improved seeds. Technical support to smallholder families in the area of influence.
Monitoring crop growth, pest and disease control, and proper fertilisation to maximise production.
Mechanised harvest and transport to the industrial milling unit. Packaging and distribution in the national market.
Sale of production in Nampula and other provincial markets, contributing to stabilising food prices.
