Rice Production

AGRO TRADES focuses on intensive rice cultivation in the Moma District, Nampula, leveraging the region's favourable climatic and hydrographic conditions. We use high-yield varieties combined with modern agronomic practices, including strict water management, proper fertilisation and integrated pest control. Our process ensures high-quality rice destined for both local and regional markets, directly contributing to Mozambique's food sovereignty.

Varieties & sowing

We select high-yield varieties adapted to Moma's climate and carry out sowing with calculated density to maximise germination and early plant vigour.

Water & soil management

Strict control of water levels in flooded plots, combined with proper fertilisation and continuous soil monitoring throughout the growing cycle.
